Disputing Your Account?

Our goal at AmSher is to assist consumers in resolving their outstanding accounts with our clients. Often, this means working with consumers to negotiate acceptable payment terms on an unpaid balance. Sometimes, however, this means investigating and resolving a billing dispute for an account that may not actually be owed. We’re here to provide assistance and help you resolve the problem, whatever the issue may be.

This page provides you with an easy way to let us know about any dispute you may have with regard to your account. Once you submit the relevant information, along with any supporting documentation, we will make best efforts to locate the account in our system and research the details of your dispute. After reviewing the dispute with our client, we will take any appropriate action and notify you of the investigation results.
